We have ordered several Corian countertops from Shell Fab and Design and have been very happy with our experience. Their customer service is excellent from the beginning of the job to the completion. Estimate/bids are sent very quickly (usually the same day I send them in). They come to the job site to measure after the cabinets are installed and the countertops have been manufactured and installed in a very timely fashion. We have even had them return to the site to do additional work and they have proven to be very available. He said he went into the call to me about the door panel ready to argue with me about it. He has been so pleasantly surprised at how gracious and professional we’ve been thru the whole process. From the first time they came down to the showroom with me, to the multiple visits to our showroom to make their selections and review the granite. The measure appointment went very well with Mike, where he was complimentive of his experience up to that point. The installed countertops look beautiful, and he and his wife are so pleased. The fact that Pokey and Rob were up front in admitting to the mishap with the door, to our quick response to resolve the issue. Even the latest conversations with me about making sure everything is to their satisfaction have been handled so well.
